Dr. Syed Said Badshah Bukhari, former Secretary Finance, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has honoured to be available on SACO’s consulting panels by extending his presence and valuable support in undertaking or accomplishing challenging projects of gigantic investments and/or disinvestments with transaction advisory services. He has been a great source for providing valuable knowledge on CPEC visionary goals of the government of Pakistan where SACO is playing its role through upcoming China’s origin investment hub.  Dr Bukhari also served the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as Secretary P&D Department, Local government & Rural Department, Forest & Environment Department besides being working at various positions as DMG/PAS officer until he retired in BS-21 with experience of around three decades.
Dr Bukhari has done doctorate PhD. in Environmental Sciences with universities distinctions in ten of the master degrees including LLB, MBA, MA (Economics) and has authored five professional books and a dozen research theses and research papers in abundance.  Dr Bukhari attended four long courses and a dozen short courses in country and a dozen short courses abroad.

Dr. Amin-Ullah, one of the dedicated advisory heads on SACO’s consulting panels has been the Vice President Human Capital Solutions in Abacus Global Consulting Limited (International Firm). He has worked extensively as National Advisor in Reform Programs for KP & Institutional support program of FATA-S. He has over 42 years of diversified national and international experience with a strong educational background in Management. He Worked in NWFP, FATA, Middle-East and Asia countries at various management & Advisory levels in different fields; including Governance, Human Resource Management / HR Development / Capacity building, Organization Development / Strengthening, Advisory, Project Management and Administration, Local Government & Rural Development.  He has conducted various organizational studies and developed systems, strategies and Manuals in the field of HR Management and institutional development for public sector / autonomous bodies. He has vast experience in conducting high level Management trainings in international and national Institutes; including Mandatory courses in NIPA, PHSA etc. As visiting faculty, he has been teaching management subjects to MPH, MBA and M.S students in Public and Private Universities

Mr. Muhammad Asad Ismail, ACA, Advisor is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Pakistan. He possesses more than 11 Years of Professional Experience in the Fields of Finance, Taxation and Audit and Assurance. He has diversified experience of multiple Service sectors, however, the main stay of his professional exposure has been the Real Estate Sector. Mr. Asad has served in one the Largest Real Estate Development Entities of Twin Cities. In that association, he was responsible for various functions of Finance Department.

In addition to this, he has also sound knowledge of Information Technology. He has the capability of doing the Integrations of automated systems between two or more softwares / applications through Visual Basic. This being the unique ability which enables to understand the Complex Information Technology and Databases systems.

Mr. Nazir Ahmed, LLB Advisor, Former Chairman Appellate Tribunal, has Rich experience of nearly three decades in litigation and advisory work in the field of civil and fiscal laws encompassing representation before various authorities and courts up to the level of high court. He was appointed as Judicial Member through Federal Public Service Commission of Pakistan in 2009. There he worked as Member Roaster, Member Administration and Chairman ATIR. He has Professional experience of over 25 years encompassing various roles as legal practitioner (of fiscal and civil laws), judicial officer and that of judicial administration/management. He has also served as office bearer President – Peshawar Tax Bar Association, Vice President Pakistan Tax Bar Association, and Secretary: Peshawar High Court Bar Association (1990)
Ch Naeem Ul Haq, LLB Advisor is currently practicing as Advocate High Court. Mr. Naeem has been associated with the profession of legal advisory for the last 13 Years. He has the expertise and experience to efficiently and competently meet the needs of both corporate and no corporate clients. Apart from his accomplishments in other fields of law, he has in his credit 45 Reported Judgments across Tribunals and High courts. He has being serving Telecom Sector, O&G Sector, Government Sector, PHA, CDA and NHA. Real Estate, Panel of Army Medical Corps.

Mr. Mulki Jan, Advisor, a Human Resource Specialist has 17 years of professional experience in Core HR.  He has worked as senior HR professional with a leading Internet Service Providing Company and was involved to establish the Company strategy, worked in close coordination with senior management of the company. In addition to this, he has also worked as a Unit Head Human Resources Compensation & Benefits in leading Bank. He looked after HR Functions and established the department as per directions of State Bank of Pakistan. He has introduced the Banking Grads first time in the bank.

He possesses a Master degree in Business Management (MBA-HR) from IBA and completed various training programs related to HR tools like HR metrics, Six Sigma Blue Belt, and Oracle based HRM.
Mr. Ahmad Saeed Al Hassan, Director KCO, carries two decades long professional experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. His core area of expertise lies in Oil and Gas Sector.  He has extensive experience of Joint Venture Accounting, Reporting, Internal & External Auditing. In addition to this, he has exceptional track record in Business Advisory of Exploration and Production segments of this sector. He imparted his professional responsibilities to large scale entities, prominently to Pakistan Oilfields Limited.

In broader terms, his work ambit included Corporate Governance for private ltd companies, Organizational restructuring & Design, Developing Accounting Systems, Dispute Resolutions, Verifications, Joint Venture Accounting, Reporting & Management Reporting Processes, Business Process Improvements & Regulatory & Financial Advisory. He maintains excellent relationships with the regulators and the Operating & Non- operating companies in the sector.  He has also represented in Non-Operators Joint Audits of blocks operated by Tullow Pakistan Ltd & MOL Pakistan and Petroleum Exploration Ltd as part of his responsibilities under employment with Pakistan Oil Fields Ltd and Frontier Holdings Limited.
